IMC Version 5.1.3 is released.
- The bug that is found in Mac OS X.7 and that users cannot change the curernt directory to other one, is fixed.
- The "Composite Alignment" function is improved.
- The display color of the "Start Window" is changed.
IMC Version 5.1.2 is released.
- - The "Feature Copy" function is implemented.
- The "Feature Copy" function is different from the "Feature Duplicate" function and create a new feature of a different feature key with inheriting the original qualifier values. For example, by copying a CDS feature a new gene feature can be copied.
- The "Feature Duplicate" function generates a new feature key with the same feature key.
- - A result file of "InterProScan" can be imported.

- A listing function that lists CDSs which commonly have same start codon position and same stop codon position but have different intron positions, is implemented.

- Mismatch base call indicator of the navigation area can be user-switched.
- A bug of multi-thread processes is fixed.
